Don't ever rush into a spousal relationship with anyone.

When you're already in a relationship don't rush to start having sex. Don't rush to start giving husband or wife privileges to a person who is not fully married to you.

Don't rush to courtship process. Thoroughly vet the person on all standards.

The reason why you should never rush is that you can't rush out of a bad marriage easily and if you force yourself out the scars don't heal with time.
